Virtual Assistant

In this role you will provide technical, administrative, and customer support to a global brand offering digital products and virtual services.

Qualified candidates must have a proven track record of success in administrative and customer support roles.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to CEO with correspondence, content and marketing

Handle communications via email and social media

Private Client Coordination and general client support

Schedule emails

Digital offers, paid community, and administrative executables

Provide various supportive tasks for weekly podcast release (show note creation, transcripts, coordination with guests)

Documentation

Tech-related administrative tasks (uploading, video editing, automation, troubleshooting)

As-needed tasks to support evolving business goals

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in administrative tasks and customer service

Excellent communication skills: You are able to write clearly for leads, clients, community members, and the team

Confidence working in a fully remote environment with solid technical skills

Resourcefulness: You bring new ideas, take initiative, and adjust quickly when things change

Time management skills & organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently without needing constant guidance

Tech savvy: You can easily navigate digital platforms and troubleshoot technical issues, and understand social media nuances by staying up to date

10 hours per week to start
