I'm Sarah, a trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, coach, and the founder of You Love and You Learn.
Through my year-long certification with Owaken Breathwork I learned how to guide you through different breathing techniques that can be used for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.
I've spent the last 10+ years studying ways to improve physical and mental health and have supported thousands of clients to get out of their head and back into the present moment, trust themself more, and have more loving relationships with themself and others.
