Here's what's inside:
â¨12 private 1:1 sessions: 90â120 minutes each, every single one combining breathwork AND coaching. Because we need both body AND mind if we actually want to change something.
â¨6 months of support: between sessions you'll have access to me via a private voice + text memo thread to process what's coming up, ask questions, and stay connected to the work in real life.
â¨20-minute check-in calls: between sessions you can book a quick call to go deeper on something specific. This could be exploring an aha moment, verbally processing a decision, or just another accountability touchpoint.
â¨A personalized growth plan: at the start of our time together I'll get to know what's really going on for you and where we should focus first. There's intention behind every session.
The work we do together may include:
- Getting honest about whatâs driving the need to achieve, control, and keep everything together (and what it would feel like to put some of that down)
- Learning to actually celebrate where you are instead of immediately moving onto whatâs next
- Understanding what you need to feel your best and learning to get it from yourself (and your village)
- Getting comfortable with emotions instead of managing, fixing, or pushing them away
- Figuring out what truly lights you up, not what you think you âshouldâ be doing
- Learning to make decisions from a place of inner trust instead of what everyone else thinks is right for you
- Building a loving, safe relationship with yourself (instead of the inner critic running the show)
This is not a one-size-fits-all experience, it meets you where youâre at.
After 6 months, you can expect to:
- Feel more present in the life youâve already built instead of always chasing the next thing
- Trust yourself to able to handle whatever comes next, even without having it all figured out Â
- Feel your feelings without being thrown off by them or immediately needing to fix themÂ
- Head into your day feeling grounded instead of already behind before it even starts
- Make decisions more confidently instead of staying stuck in researching and learning more

Hi, I'm Sarah.
I'm a certified breathwork facilitator and coach, wife, online business owner, Virgo, pottery lover â and someone who has always felt more comfortable doing than being.
For a long time that worked for me. Until it didn't.
Last year I hit a wall I couldn't achieve my way through. I kept checking things off, kept showing up, kept doing all the things â but nothing felt like enough, and I couldn't figure out why.
On the outside my life looked fine. On the inside I felt like I was in a cocoon that wasn't turning into anything. Disconnected. Going through the motions of a version of my life that didn't quite feel like mine anymore.
Breathwork is what cracked it open. Not overnight â but slowly, session by session, it gave me something I didn't know I was missing: space. Space from the autopilot. Space from the constant narrative of do more, be more, have more. Space to hear a quieter, more grounded part of myself that actually knew what she needed.
