Hi, I'm Sarah.

I'm a certified breathwork facilitator and coach, wife, self-identified go-getter — and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to have a life that looks great and still wonder why it doesn't feel that way.

For years I coached people through relationship anxiety. What I kept seeing (in my clients and in myself) was that we could understand our patterns completely and still feel stuck in them. We could know why we do what we do... and still not feel any better.

Breathwork changed that for me. Not overnight... but session by session it gave me something I couldn't think my way to: the ability to actually feel my life instead of just optimize it.

I'm not selling you a finish line I reached years ago... I'm sharing what's actively changing my life. I'm not here to give you more to think about.
