Where the growth happens:

✨ Session 1: Safe to Slow 

Before anything else, you have to give yourself permission to slow. This session is about arriving... in your body, the room, the present moment. Most of us don't realize how rarely we actually do this.

Session 2: Safe to Feel

Once you slow down, things start to surface. This session creates space for whatever has been waiting underneath the busyness... and we will meet it without judgment, fixing, or needing to understand it. 

Session 3: Safe to Receive

This is where it lands and you practice letting yourself actually have what you've been working so hard for. You let yourself receive the goodness that's already here before needing more, more, more.

Each session is 90 minutes and follows the same format:

  • 30 minutes: we talk, set intentions, and get clear on what we're working with
  • 30 minutes: you breathe, I guide you the whole way
  • 30 minutes: we process what came up (chatting or journaling) and decide your bite-sized next steps

Hi, I'm Sarah.

I'm a certified breathwork facilitator and coach, wife, self-identified go-getter — and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to have a life that looks great and still wonder why it doesn't feel that way.

For years I coached people through relationship anxiety. What I kept seeing (in my clients and in myself) was that we could understand our patterns completely and still feel stuck in them. We could know why we do what we do... and still not feel any better.

Breathwork changed that for me. Not overnight... but session by session it gave me something I couldn't think my way to: the ability to actually feel my life instead of just optimize it.
